Cancellation / No Show Policy

Out of respect to our service providers, we request at least “24” hours notice to CANCEL or RESCHEDULE the appointment. Any appointment cancels outside that window, there will be fee for 50% of service booked.

NO SHOW : 75% of service booked.

We may require deposit for the service that takes a longer period of time, such as Hair Extensions, Color Correction, Keratin and Bridal.
